Project description

Designed this project as my final thesis for the subject called „Construction of buildings“ at my university. As a part of this project, I did all the graphic drawings, calculations and 3D photorealistic renderings. The graphic drawings include the foundation plan, floor plan, roof plan, two sections and four views (front view, right view, left view and back view).

The weekend house occupies an area of 115 square meters with the front and back porches included. It has one hallway, one bathroom, one laundry room, two bedrooms and a large open space intended for a kitchen, dining area and living room area.

The construction materials are of high quality. Materials used for the exterior design consist of concrete and reinforced concrete elements along with other masonry products. The main materials used in the interior design are wooden elements accompanied by stone ceramic tiles. The main purpose of this design is to give the people who are staying in this home feelings of comfort and warmth. The house has plenty of sources of natural light because of all of the windows and their placement arrangements.
